2024 TUHA Annual General Meeting
Dear TUHA members,
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Tasmanian Underwater Hockey Association will be held on 6 November 2024 at approximately 7:51pm, in-between the first and second games. The draft minutes from the 2023 AGM can be downloaded from the link provided above.
The agenda for 2024 AGM can be downloaded from the link provided above.
All Committee positions will become vacant and a new Committee will be elected.
If you wish to nominate for a position please send your nomination via email to secretary@underwater hockey.com.au
Positions are:
The Committee normally meets about 10 times per year, on the first Wednesday of the month for an hour before uwhockey commences.
The roles of the positions can be found in section 5 of the by-laws, at this link:

PLEASE NOTE
At this AGM there will be a special resolution to pass a small change to the Association’s Constitution.
TUHA had to purchase an ‘association seal’ in order to apply for a State Government equipment grant. This seal as per legislation needs to be managed by the Constitution. Therefore ‘section 16 Seal of Association’ has been added to the proposed ‘TUHA Constitution 2024’.
